At SIDIZ, we want you to experience ultimate ergonomic comfort; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team or visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the chair and place all components back into the original shipping box with all protective inserts to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for original quality, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
